Photo: Ryan LashGabriel Fine, Founder and Executive Chef, is a cook who daylights as a social entrepreneur, concentrating on streamlining healthcare delivery systems, in order to provide traditionally underserved communities with better access to healthcare and social mobility. Gabriel currently runs HealthAccessRI, a healthcare start-up that makes health care more accessible and affordable, and works for Harvard University, researching ways to lower barriers of entry into the start-up community.

In addition to his experience pushing for more just and efficient health care systems, Gabe has clocked years in the kitchen, for both fun and profit, working in multiple restaurants in New England, managing a kitchen of a renowned Hudson Valley restaurant, and currently helping manage a food truck in Boston.
